葛涛（1990.04-），安徽蒙城人，新疆大学经济学博士。江苏省“333工程”高层次人才，南通大学硕士生导师。曾获南通市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、中国工业纺织联合会高等教育教学成果奖。
